Boil the rapini in salted water for about 7 minutes.
Meanwhile, heat the olive oil and garlic in a pan over medium heat.
Add the sausage and cook while separating with a wooden spoon.
Once sausage begins to brown, add the white wine.
Use a slotted spoon to remove the rapini from the boiling water and add it to the sausage. Add salt, pepper and red pepper flakes.
Using the same water, cook the pasta.
Remove cooked pasta with slotted spoon and toss in the pan. Add some pasta water to the pan if needed. Stir for a couple of minutes.
Serve immediately with grated parmigiano.
