Instructions
Rinse the cod and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper on both sides.
Heat the oil in a pan used for deep frying.
Combine the flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Mix the lightly beaten egg into the flour mixture.
Slowly mix in the beer until you have a smooth batter.
When the oil is ready, dip the fillets into the batter and place them in the oil.
Fry the fish for 3-4 minutes on each side, until both sides are golden brown.
Take each fillet out and place them on paper towels to drain the excess oil.
Serve warm with fries or whatever you like!
