Ingredients
  

  • 130 g flour
  • 40 g cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 175 g sugar
  • 55 g vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 100 g powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Sift the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt into a bowl. Whisk to combine. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Mix in the oil and vanilla.
  • Fold in the flour mixture.
  • Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175℃).
  • Scoop and roll the dough into 1 inch sized balls. Roll each of them in powdered sugar and place them on a parchment lined baking sheet, 2 inches apart.
  • Bake for 10 minutes. Allow to cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack.
